Accessibility Statement
LIO is a clinical monitoring platform used by trained healthcare professionals in inpatient settings.
We are committed to ensuring our product is usable by all users, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.
LIO is designed as a kiosk-style application with restricted access to third-party assistive technologies. Despite this, we strive to meet as many Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level A and AA success criteria as are feasible within this architecture.
Our most recent accessibility assessment confirms conformance with all applicable Level A criteria and many Level AA criteria. We regularly assess and improve the accessibility of the platform and maintain a roadmap that includes enhancements such as better touch target sizing, improved contrast, and accessible text layout.
If you have any questions about accessibility or would like to provide feedback on your experience using LIO, please contact us at: accessibility@liohealth.com
