About this Role
Busy clinicians put our solutions at the heart of doing their jobs. We are experiencing very strong demand for our game-changing solution and are expanding our talented sales team to meet it. We are looking for a passionate, energized and self-starting person to join the team. This critical role is part of a global sales team and reports to the SVP Commercial.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building a pipeline of new business through a consultative and customer centric approach, and for delivering substantial sales to hit the team’s ambitious growth targets.
They will spend most of their time engaging with prospective customers at Board/Senior Leadership levels to independently build awareness and champion deals through to completion. They will work closely with the Marketing and Inside Sales teams as well as the technical operations and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition post sale.

What You'll Be Doing
Job Description
- Support the promotion and evangelism of our new breakthrough technology through a combination of sales, business development and trade show participation.
- Nurture and build long lasting, strategic relationships with senior decision makers across clinical, operational and financial functions within mental health organizations.
- Build a pipeline and secure new business, independently leading opportunities from the initial meeting through to sale. This will include some US-based travel.
- Work collaboratively across multiple, remote internal teams including to support handover to customer success once a new customer comes onboard.
- Ensure all CRM task records are up to date at any given time.
Essential Experience
- Experience selling digital/SaaS solutions into the healthcare hospitals sector.
- Natural inclination to a consultative sales approach - patient yet persevering.
- A real people person, loves building relationships and is able to work collaboratively across multiple, remote teams.
- Able to communicate comfortably with senior clinical stakeholders.
- Highly organised and self-sufficient
- Drive, energy and passion to make a difference in this space.
- Thirsty to learn and willing to be stretched out of your comfort zone.
- Self motivated and goal orientated - with a track record of delivering to sales targets.
- Desirable experience in the mental health sector.
